    I pray everyone has a blessed Thanksgiving and I am thankful for earth it self

    Thanksgiving

    Use to be a time when family get together and enjoy themselves

    But now day’s people so stubborn their only concern is themselves

    When will families come together and ignore the past

    The family that prays together stays together that’s what I was taught last

    Remember the times we stood around in a circle saying our grace

    Now we on the move stopping by just picking up plates

    One day things will go back to being the same

    But this is not something Obama can Change

    “Enjoy your Thanksgiving and God Bless”

    U got a good point its not the same anymore, but its jus the way of the new world order, everybody is so busy, so they think, but im feeling it

    My Nanny still makes sure we all make a prayer in a circle when we all come together for a family meal. She is 90 now and still going strong. This reminded me of her. Some traditions shouldn't be broken. Write on....

    IN SOME WAYS YOU ARE RIGHT BUT NOT FOR EVERYBODY.THOSE MEMORIES YOU HAVE LAST AND ARE GOOD ONES. YOU ARE YOUNG, WITH THOSE MEMORIES YOU CAN TEACH YOUR OWN CHILDREN TO CARRY ON THE TRADISION. GOOD JOB. THIS POEM GIVES FOOD FOR THOUGHT AND REMINDS US THAT FAMILY IS IMPORTANT.
