The End

The End

What will happen
To the creatures
Of the world
When the world decides
It has no more use for us?
Gather your loved ones close
Pray to the deity of your choice
For the end is near
Fires rage
The core melts
Bodies stumble
Racing for survival
Orange-red skies
Envelope the seas
Turning the waters
Into a churning mass
Of liquid hell
As the world turns
The land cracks
Plummetting into
The molten sea
A handful of breaths
Left to exhale
As the sky turns black
Filling with ash
From the erupting mountains
Of giant proportions.
Sonic waves shock the
Nervous system
As the last bit of Earth
Drops from beneath our feet
And we scream into nothingness.

I hope the end is a lllooonnnggg way off-you did a great job of describing the possible horrific experiences that could occur-moving, somewhat scarey write-Namaste...Earthly
