the golden snow rose

the golden snow rose

he came to me

a tiny baby wrapped in
a soft blue blanket
with golden fair hair
he had a tiny rosebug
mouth.

just staring into the air
with those  big brown eyes
set in an elvis face

he was set in the garden of life
to grow a golden rose
cared for by the gardeners
of the rose garden
given a chance at life
by its master gardner

snow fell on the rose garden
 that night
that the tiny rose was planted
so he was dubbed
the golden snow rose.

What beautiful thought given to your snow rose...Avery nice write.Churv

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
