    The Key To My Heart

    You Found The Key To My Heart

    And you unlocked a door

    That nobody had ever passed through

     You unlocked my soul, my senses and

    An unending love that was meant for only you;

     You found places that had long been forgotten

    Covered with the dust of time

     With your sweet and gentle breath

    You removed the dust and decay

    From a heart that had been buried

    Far beneath the pages of time

     My Heart is now filled with love and hope

    And sweet anticipation as I look towards

    The paths of tomorrow… Because of you

     Each moment we share is a beautiful memory

    That will be cherished forever

     You have given me the gift of love

    I will be eternally grateful

    For there can be no greater gift then

                                                          The gift of Love !

    This is an awsome poem...this is how I feel about my ex-fiance and I just wish that he would realize that we are meant to be together.

    Teesel, never give up hope, for years I had none, all of a sudden there he was! Reading my thoughts, completing my sentences and loving me. Maybe your ex is an ex for a reason~ your soulmate is still out there looking for you...

    Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
