    In honor of Maddi

    The Poetess

     

    If poetry is beauty then she is beautiful

    If poetry is inspiration then she is inspirational

    If poetry is humor then she is the purveyor of laughter

    If poetry is the language of love then she is the lover as well as the loved

    If poetry is a gift then she has given her all

    If poetry is friendship then she has answered the call

    If poetry touches the soul then she has touched us all

    If poetry is loss then her loss we would pray to forestall

    We owe much to the Poetess in this land of OP

    She is everything we cherish and everything she can be

    I guess I should be lucky not to have been involved in any of these horrible tings that took place here.i was out of the loop for so long ,and spent alot of time on Facebook with my friends,writing inspirirational verses .Lord our words really do have the power to harm or heal. Beautiful soul write on this lovely lady.
