the search
My pain comes and goes.
It is not the pain derived from a cut our a wound.
it is the pain that comes in the face of love.
A face so soft and pleasing.
A face welcoming.
I find this face everywhere i turn.
A moment goes bye and so does the pain.
Only to return yet with another face.
If only i could change my face as well as love changes hers.
My love has come and gone
My love is lost and where will i find her face again
Will it bring me love and joy or pain and sorrow.
Will i look again, or must i stop and wait for love to find me again.
Time is on my side, but for how long must i wait.
Will she find me in her search, can i recognize her face.
Will i feel like i've seen her before.
Will she be the one i've grown to love
But have never seen.
