    TRUE SMILE

    Shoot for the stars
    and pass the moon
    because, your life is ending soon
    your life won’t last long
    yes it’s a sad song
    so, you got a move on

    before my helpless sight
    I seem to always see you
    with my eyes shut tight at night

    I always see you there
    when my eyes are forced open
    I think that life isn’t fair 
    when I don’t see you that often

    I don’t want to exist
    you are the one that won’t let me pass
    you are a memory unforgotten
    I wish the present was the past

    Where is that glow? Where did it go?

    we were so in love and it would show?

    now it is dim and it shines so low

    without you, my path is to long.

     

    You are the greatest soul I ever met

    I am the luckiest woman on planet earth

    I will spend the rest of my time

    smiling and shining like a brand new dime

    even my love, when you aren’t around

    I like the pictire as well as the poem it's all nice, maybe this can also be made into a slow passionate love song, I notice that you like to write about real things like your life experiences ! Good Luck grecowong@yahoo.com

    "I wish the present was the past " - and we are all left at one point of our life feeling this way for someone, something, some journey... good mix of thought and written emotion. Keep creating.

    That we all pass through there, and that it seems unfair, is yet part of growth and living and does a cost relay, but if in the act of giving, is what we are receiving, a gift without delay, or a view to find our way?

    So you went and fell for that guy. And the melancholy lingers far after the sweet kisses have stopped. Let it feed your next romance with hints of subtlty and loss. The fizz of broken hearts getting healed can't be missed. Let's see- the ironies here: he has freedom to move on, you are stuck.
