Poem Commentary

A mirror will do you no good! If you don't really see who is looking back at you

YOUR OWN EYES (A Stranger Within Yourself)

Painted across his face
He hides the fear and despair
Controlled by her disgrace
He's entranced by her stare

A tortured soul...screams to go
squeezing tight and decreases his.......Bloodflow

Look around...tell me what you see
Do you believe, in the same as me
Look around...Has it got you parrellized
Do you realize, now you see it With Your Own Eyes

Its written behind your eyes
Buried in deceit
Beleiveing all her lies
A truth so descrete

Be aware!!! What really is there
more than what meets the eye...suffocate thy air

Look around...tell me what you see
Do you believe, in the same as me
Look around...Has it got you parrellized
Do you realize, now you see it With Your Own Eyes

You chill from your own touch
Your breath can be visualized
Peer pressure becomes a bit too much
All your hope is raped and terrorized

Go ahead!!! scream for help, listens No one else
But a stranger with in yourself

Look around...tell me what you see
Do you believe, in the same as me
Look around...Has it got you parrellized
Do you realize, now you see With Your Own Eyes

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
