    A promised verse

    There are words I had promised down on paper

    Describing my adventurous deeds and capers

    But how boring are the ways of tired old men

    Who with all bad intents are incompetent at sin

    So sleep well and dream dreams of saints

    And I won’t bore you with my is’es and ain’ts

    How cute and I am sure you would not bore anyone. The great thing about getting to a certain age is that you ususally say what you mean and mean what you say.
