    Poem Commentary

I wrote this in Honor of a friend of mine's daughter, Jessica to help her in her journey.

    "APACHE GIRL"

Apache girl so pure and true,
    Standing proud and bold.
The wind blows threw long black hair,
Your spirit's essence soars as the Eagles told.

The brightness of you ora stands steadfast,
My eye's are blessed to see.
No man can hold you captive now,
Like the Wolf you must roam free.

May the Lord above protect you heart,
Trail of tears will hold no bind.
No other is quite like Apache girl,
For you are one of a kind.

Your features hold pride of times long past,
Lovely eye's of the spirit clear.
I lift my prayers above the land,
    Thankful we are so near.

Great Spirit God has set your path,
Walk with the courage of truth.
He will make many your days on Earth,
Apache girl be blessed and happy in youth.
