    "All I've Ever Prayed For"

    All I've ever prayed for
Is a family of my own
Someone to give my love to
    To never be alone
A loving wife who needs me
    To please her everday
    And beautiful little children
Out in the yard who play
    My loneliness surpasses
The stars up in the sky
No one to give my love to
I cry to God "OH Why?"
    Can't He feel my emptiness
That I am half a man?
    I can't believe it's in His will
    It's not His master plan?
I know someday He'll send my love
    The woman of my dreams
    And happiness it will abound
    Forever as He means.

    Sam K. Dyer.

Sweet and inspiring. Nice flow, good job. once again. all the best -Marion-

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
