    forgive me lover... (parts 1 & 2)

    forgive me lover for i have sinned
    i have forsaken you again
    to another i have turned my eye
    and shared the thoughts within my mind


    forgive me lover for i have sinned
    i have shared my flesh again
    yet again i have been touched
    the temptation was just too much


    forgive me lover for i have sinned
    and renigged on my promises
    the things i spoke and time thats blurred
    and i have gone back on my word


    forgive me lover for i have sinned
    i am sorry but i did not intend
    to open up old wounds again
    forgive me lover for i have sinned


    forgive me lover for i have sinned
    i have flirted with the blade again
    upon my flesh i felt the steel
    antisipation i cannot conceal

    forgive me love for i have sinned
    i felt the blade upon my skin
    simply guilty of bad intent
    but i havent marked my skin again

    forgive me lover... (part 2)
     
     "forgive him lover for he has sinned"
     the blade said with a hellish grin
     "blah blah blah...
     "with the promises and shit"


     "once again he is in my sights"
     "the seed is planted and he too weak to fight"
     "what i see is just a matter of time...
     "before he breaks and his flesh is mine"


     "upon his skin i will make my mark"
     "when hes all alone in the dark...
     "my temptation here is far too strong...
     "and he hasent played with me for so long...


     "once again it is time for me...
     "to help him bleed out his misery...
     the blade said with a terrible smirk...
     "just look a this miserable jerk"
     "he wants to do it the intent is there"
     "to deny himself would be unfair"
     "i am one of the things that he knows for sure"
     "that can offer relief without a cure"
     "hes thought about me the way he has"
     "the time weve shared and all the jazz"
     "within his head the thoughts are strong" 
     "its in his heart that he thinks its wrong"
     "he is so fucking soft" said the blade
     "and so scared that youll feel betrayed"
     "he knows exactly what he needs to do" 
     "and eventually he WILL follow through"
     "as i said his intent is there"
     "he has already ignited this affair"
     "might as well come out to play"
     "come on dano just say ok!"
    the blade smiled an evil grin
    and whispered in my ear again
    "this is not the end and you see"
    "you havent heard the last from me"...

    **sigh** Poetically speaking, this is terrifying. Personally speaking, even more so. Personification of such an evil craving, I fear will only feed it. Wake up and take a look around at those around you, and not just the betrayed lover.
