    Haiku Set Two

    "Cold Blood"
    Blood runs cold inside
Take the chill away from me
    Hold me, never let go.

    "Because of Love"
    Torn between true love
Because there is so much hate
    I love you, so much

    "Baby"
    Where are you now, baby?
I have been missing you so
    Cradle me gently...

    "Moonlight"
    Good morning sunlight
I wish you were the moonlight
    Because the night lives.

    "Help!"
    Someone cry out here!
    Can anyone see the harm?
    Someone yell out, please!

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
