Inner Peace
How can someone preach peace,force peace,
work for peace,
when they themselves know no peace.
How can someone spread peace
at every crevice in the world,
when they themselves know nothing of the sort.
Before working the magic of peace,
before stretching out that blanket,
understanding is necessary,
peace from within is necessary.
Peace comes from within,
it comes from oneself,
it comes from the acceptance of yourself and others
as they are.
This truly is the way to peace.
No judgement.
No rejection.
It is who you are, who they are.
