OH WHAT 2 DO

You’ve put me on the shelf again

I cannot cry I can’t complain

You see me as some rich desert

You’re saving for a time to splurge

I do not want to be some “flan”

Just sitting in a pastry pan

Oh what to do oh what to do

You always say don’t trust in you

And now you say I’ve hurt your friend

And you have planned for me a swift end

But oh what to do, oh what to do

You’ve always said don’t trust in you

But you’re my out; my life’s astray

You will not go or stay away

I cannot cry nor dare complain

Why must I drink the bitter rain?

Please answer me, once teacher dear

I lie awake, I do not fear

But what to do, oh what to do

You’ve always known

I trust in you
