to me poetry Must be able to elicit some kind of emotion from those who read it. Or form a picture in the minds of the reader and make them think about the poem read.. if one of my poems makes one person smile or laugh or cry or makes them think about it after they finished reading it then i have succeded. if just one person is able to relate to any of my poems i am over joyed.
