    I Love You Mommy

A Child wandered away from home,
    Unaware of being lost
    Till day turned to night.
    And she looked for home
But it was no longer in sight.

    A Child's eyes,
Once filled with wonder and excitement,
    Now see only Fear,
As the darkness is all around her.

Walking back the way she came,
She crys out for mom's loving embrace
    And the safety of home.

Then the quiet of night is suddenly pierced,
As off in the distance she hears
The Frantic calls of her mother.
And with all the strength in her young legs
    She races through the darkness
With only her mothers voice to guide her.

Mommy, Mommy she crys as she runs,
The seeing her Mother running towards her
She jumps into her Mother's arms and says,
    I LOVE YOU MOMMY !!!

I like this one. You give it a sensitive touch and the visuals are moving.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.
