    The Almighty You

    The mere thought of you
    And everything that you do
    To prevent me from believing
In everything I could be achieving
Your words hold me back, so bind the chains
And if you ever consider, what have you gained?
But I cannot begin to understand your point of view.
I am nothing at all to the almighty you.
I heaar you shout out a name, you kill me with words
To you it doesn't matter; It's what I deserve

Reminds me of how you feel as kid sometimes, sometimes you gotta push back!....only sometimes lol Good job!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
