    Poem Commentary

    This piece was written the day before our what would have been our 6th Wedding anniversary Oct 4th, 2009

    THE DAY

     On the eve of our sixth wedding day,
    I just have to say....
    Its bitter sweet to think....
    Tomorrow will have been THE DAY.
    I have so many memories of life starting out as One. 
    For then my days were different, a whole new world begun.
    Fast forward to the present and asking am I worthy of the Lamb?
    Did I do something wrong or is He The Great I Am?
    I think of life being different, better, bigger and more.
    Is my faith such as that?
    How can I really soar?
    One thing that keeps me going when I feel I cannot arise.
    Is seeing my wifes reflection in my daughters eyes.
