A place called home
there is a place I go toon days colored grey
the only place that settles me
when i am afraid
a place I go to rest my bones
from the aching of there labors
a place where I am always greeted
with smiles by friendly nabors
a place that's full of memories
a place that with stands the years
a place where I find the love
to catch all my tears
a place of warmth a place of peace
a place of comfort and prosperity
a place of kindness a place of truth
a place I've known since my early youth
a place that's warm not cold
a place thats never old
a place where God's promises are often told
a place where arms are open wide
a place where my family abides
the place I love above the rest
I place where I am at my best
a place I always feel that I belong
the place that I call home.
