    AS I LAY

     as i lay and close my eyes
    thinking of the one i love and desire
    not knowing he was with another girl
    but what hurts me the most i found out from her
    i didnt know what was going down...hell no
    cause he always wanted to be around
    cant believe he was loving her..hell no
    and come home to me like i was his girl..
    as i lay, as i lay and close my eyes
    thinking of the one i love and desire.... cant lie
    i should of know what was going down
    cause she comes around only when he's in town...
    found love letters in his pants ...yesterday
    saying how she loves him and she's glad that he came her way..
    and someday they would be a family
    when he decide he's going to get up and leave..
    i should of listen to my friends....oh no
    cause i was so young and thought i had a good man..
    as i lay , as i lay AND CLOSE my eyes...
