    Broken

As I enter a broken room
    I look through broken eyes
    Start wiping away the gloom
    can’t wipe away the lies

    I look through broken eyes
    Sweep up broken glass
    Can’t wipe away the lies
I wait for the tears to pass

    Sweep up broken glass
As I enter a broken room
I wait for the tears to pass
    Start wiping away the gloom

I like this and I think its good without the punctuation . shows the broken person writing . The beauty of poetry is that we ourselves are not perfect and our emotions come through in that imperfection ..... I like your work :)

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.
