Crente

Crente

Tenho sim a oportunidade de calar-me

De resguardar-me – amplo movimento introspecto

Eis entao que do contrario me solto:

Busco labios que retribuam meu sorriso e vozes que reverberem

Positivas notas.

A musica inquieta dos dias a mim se e' perceptivel

Mesmo que na veloz correria dos segundos ela se envelope

Tentando parecer-se muda.

O sol brinda-me nas manhas

e a chuva acalenta-me ao leito

enquanto ao verde puro

E novo alimenta,

refrigerio reciclar da vida.

 Caminhos curvos e transtornos existem,

Mas traco passos em busca do horizonte eterno

Terno gesto do eu em mim que acredita.

Crente. Comovente. Limpida.

Porta aberta e coracao atento.

Quero ir em frente. Ultrapassar o surto de medo desses nossos dias.

Viver alem, ver adiante. Fortalecer os elos.

Tenho sim a opcao de acomodar-me

Prefiro porem  lancar-me ao infinito!

I think within each human heart there is not only an appreciation for the everyday miracles that inspire, but also a desire for something more. We beg to be called to that place where joy has no end. My Portugese is limited, but that is what I got out of your creation. Very, very good. HT

Dear Harver, your understanding of Portuguese is better than you think. I believe you perceived the mensage of the poem to the fullest. Thank you for your reading and comment. it validates my effort! Sandra

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
