How can I

How can I

-
-
    No, my hands aren't tied,
They are free, free to decide
My thoughts wander all around
scatterred that away they fly
-
Can I be more loving, but how?
Should leave everything and be home?
Just to be beside you tomorrow and now
And not leave you a minute alone?
-
   Can I be more caring?
Call you day and night to check?
Feel your temperature by the clock
Or give you EENT tests?
-
   Can I be more careful?
Hold you like sand in my hands
Be wary of not letting pieces of you
Slide and fall to the ground
-
   Can I be more visible?
That you may see me when you dream
A magnificent geenie in a bottle
Or be your all adored King
-
   Can I be more loyal?
And think more of you each second?
Now that everyone I know, see me
As a person not to fool around
-
   Can I be more sincere?
I wish I know how
All I know that my heart
Writes this poem alound
-
   Can I be more loving?
Dear, I would really know how
How can I love you more
Now that you are my here, then, there,

tomorrow,everywhere and now

Oh this is such a sweet loving write, a terrific tribute to the one you love so dear, you wrote this so well and your words flowed very smoothly, and I liked how you used the questions as metaphors of what was coming next. great job. thanks for sharing love asha

This is quite the contempative piece. It is easy for the reader to tell by the strong emotions that come roling out with the words, that there is someone you are very fond of. It is easy to read because the rhythm and flow are good. Just check you words and the spelling in a couple of places, other wise it is a real good poem. Keep writing and thanks for sharing this here with us. Blessed Be.

Thanks!

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
