i am the cure

i am the cure

i am the cure.
in a cylinder i wait to be released..

you say im the tumor..
but you do things for it every day....

as the clock....
tick,
tick,
tick,

i race against time...
i hear your heart slowly beating...
every step i take you breathe get relentless..

could i be the way,

could i take u to the promise land...

if i eject my cerm...
you will live...
but,
i will die....

one drop of this will cure you...
you can pick yourself up,
and go about your busines...

and their willl be no more of me....

no more of me beating you down..
so more of me haunting you in your dreams...
no more of those long nights crying from hurting....

so what you choice..
choose between
you living,
and me dying...

no more stress because im running toward the light..
breaking thru the doorway..
on the hospital bed...

i see you laying...
so with hesitation...

i give you the cure you have been waiting for..

be gone cause u r release from this cure..
the tumor is destroy and intercepted.....

your body is now free....
but,
look down

i was your cure...
but now im
GONE........

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
