It's a Cruel World
It's a cruel world to be sure,
Murders and mayhems every day,
In every style, in every way.
Watch the man in his fine suit,
Kicking the boy for stealing some fruit
When the fire comes to destroy.
It steals the mate whom you love
and then tells you to believe in a god above
It has taken away your sense of peace
Tis a cruel world this a fact
Cruelty to eachother seems the norm
To this world I wish I was never born.
Karate I have learned discipline not to use
Yet I continually act out in this ruse
Take me into your arms my goddess of light
Remove my presence from this place I roam
Take me unto your bosom and let me be home
In you through you and with you I am a mirror
All that you see I have made in my mind
And all that you are, you will never find.
And the curtain fell on the tragedy man.
