Never Forget

Never Forget

It's 10pm,
We're all laughing,
Music is playing in the backround,
But, no one's really paying attention,
It's our usual Saturday night,

Someone suggests Truth or Dare,
And, we groan,
But, we all go along with it anyway,
The embarrassment,
The laughter,

Out at the club,
Dancing away,
Or it's yet another strike at the bowling alley,

And, sometimes we sang karaoke,
The memories live on forever,

Do you remember those times?
When you think of me,
Is it all bad memories?
Or do you smile once in awhile?
I wonder,

Though those times are gone,
And, we can't get them back,
I hope you'll always remember,
I hope you never forget,
Never forget.
