Peace, War, and Common Sense
Fight, fight, fight
Will there ever be peace?
Do we continue to stick our noses
In other countries' affairs,
Like a gossiping school girl?
Do we continue to invade others' problem?
Do we defend other's constantly,
At the price of our own safety?
Or do we let a few slide?
How can we fight others
When our own home is disturbed?
You wouldn't donate a kidney
When you need a heart;
Why start a war
When home is falling apart?
Can we please be selfish?
Can we help ourselves,
Before picking another fight.
Bin Laden's dead move out.
Is communist really the worst?
What about greedy, abusive, or vain?
We used to fight for our own well being,
We used to stand for freedom,
Now we fight for cash and power.
Fame is fleeting haven't you heard
Stop the violence this is absurd!
