    Bureaucracy of life

     We're told to think positively,
    for better days are ahead!
    yet the was in Iraq brings more of our soldiers home dead!
    we're told the economy will improve with time
    while politicians dine at lavish dinners drinking the finest wine!!
    we're told college tuition will be available for all!
    While unavailable health care causes most to stumble and fall
    we're told save your money in a secured reputable bank!
    without telling us most banks are now in the tank!!
    we're told even politicians are feeling the economic pinch!
    yet they seem to be putting on more weight inch by inch by inch!!
    what are we to believe who are we to trust?
    If monies so tight we can't find a coin for a bus!!
    newspapers are full of instructions on how to live our life!
    But the simple proof among the media has only been more lies and strife!!
