    SOUL

     The truest, deepest, oldest part of us
    Keeps us young, curious and free
    SOUL
    The wisest part of us
    Can teach us so many life lessons
    If only we will listen.
    SOUL
    Instinctually reaching out to other souls
    Those of our brothers and sisters
    connecting with like souls,
    and hopefully helping to heal broken ones
    SOUL
    Is a journey
    That starts within and extends outward
    Not just for this life but beyond
    Soul
    Is the rythems and beats and words that move us
    It is passion, heart, honor, integrity
    SOUL
    Is respect for yourself and others
    It is life at its very core
    The breath of God that is the begining of all things
    SOUL
    Is strength, Beauty in its most natural form
    It is creativity, Imagination
    It is a driving force and a caring friend
    Soul
    Encompasses the very essence of all things
    Enriching our lives
    Moving over and through us
    To cleanse and renew us
    SOUL
    Connects us

    This is a nice poem about the soul,,,yeah I agree without soul we are merely like robots...The soul gives us meaning and I like the way it is being expounded upon in this poem
