The Blue
The moon's blue sky hides itself awayEven the stars do not dare to shine through
We sense the pain and feel the darkness
But I will hold out for the Blue
Thunder rumbles without its light
For today is a dark day
We have lost what makes us true
But I will hold out for the Blue
Our tears run clear and the river runs red
The flowers wilt in loss of the beauty
Even God is subdued
But I will hold out for the Blue
The rain falls down
The happiness is gone
No one dares to speak of it
And I have lost the Blue
I look around at what we have done
I see the fire from hell
The gray smoke is clearly seen
But I see no Blue
What do I do
Where do I go
When I could do nothing
Without the Blue
I go to sleep
I drift off into forever
Unable to awaken
For I am with the Blue
