     I'm in the shadows of your heart
    Always dreaming when we're apart
     
    Words keep swirling in my head
    I feel the cold of this empty bed
     
    It hurts, the breaking inside me
    It hurts, never knowing when I'll be free
     
    You hold my love captive
    You're my only reason to live
