COLORADO TEARS
Colorado has time to heal, America time to grieve,Mixed emotions felt in Littleton, to hard to percieve.
The world has felt your pain, shared the sorrow of your Hell,
If only we could turn back time, to a world that was so well.
To the citizens of Littleton, I salute each and every one,
Every mothers daughter, every mothers son.
You've transisted disaster, eclipsed a horrible stain,
Put on the map of eternity, the tide of eternal pain.
Maybe wisdom will bring comfort, as memory brings a tear,
Maybe the crazziness will undo itself, the rest of us will hear.
Hear the cries and feel the calling, to listen to our youth,
For in thier subtle darkness, lies a hidden truth.
The world watches your healing, lest it be in vain,
The world aches along with you, as it feels Littletons pain.
The world has its' deamons, the world has its' fears,
The world has shed an abundance, of Colorado Tears!
