TELL IT TO THE WIND
Tell it to the wind, as it blows on by,Hear a gentle whisper, a subtle cry.
Carried in all directions, your thoughts and fears,
Across the ears of others, Who'll cry you tears.
Oft times feeling alone, no one there,
Others feel your pain, as if thiers to share.
They feel it on the wind, not dust blowing by,
They hear your gentle whisper, your subtle cry.
Tell it to the wind, as it blows on by,
Hear a gentle whisper, a subtle cry.
Others sharing thier pain, sorrow and grief,
The wind blows back an answer, a sigh of relief.
Full circle is the wind that blows, eclipsing the mountain peak,
A gentle tradewind bringing answers, of others as they speak.
Answers lie within the wind, as it softly passes by,
Hear a gentle whisper, a subtle cry.
Tell it to the wind.
