PERSPCTIVE
I want to say something, before it is too late,For we know not what awaits us, what truely is our fate.
I wrote a tribute to Dad, in rememberance of he,
Many shed a tear that day, especially me.
I waited too long to tell him, how I truely did feel,
Can only hope he knew, my love for him was real.
Though miles apart the bond, was strong as could be,
And in his death I discovered, a new and different me.
I shall no longer wait to say, I love you more than life itself,
Forever in our wisom, I'm not important, I am myself.
Mom and sis, you are the world, love you both I do indeed,
Always and forever, you fill a special need.
I have a beautiful life, a wonderful woman shares with me,
A son, a daughter, little Goofy(granddaughter), happy as can be.
Though ties of home are ever strong, never fade away,
My ever special family, sahall ne'er I turn away.
On both of ends of the spectrum, I have the best life could give,
The family that raised me, the one with whom I now live.
I truely am blessed, many things to be thankful for,
A family on both sides, who I truely love and adore!
