    Fathers Away

    Crazy you've been in prison for the past couple of years
    Yet you manage to be the only who quiets my fears
    You taught me at times life will hand you nothing
    But its what you do that makes it worth something
    Your the one who's there to pick me up off the ground
    When this scary world brings me down
    ... 
    Daddy even thou your so far away
    I still feel you with me everyday
    When I'm lost and don't know what to do
    Your the one i tell all my problems too
    So i want to thank you for always being there
    Even when your nowhere near
    Your right, i am a daddy's girl
    But you,dad,your my world

    I cannot think of anything written that would put a bigger smile on your fathers face. I hope he is able to read this, it'll make his year:)
