    Goodbye my love,
    Wake up sweetheart! Get a clue!
     
    Can't you see i'm leaving you?
     
    Slowly i drift, I fade into nothingness,
     
    No longer my love, no longer my bliss.
     
    The burdens you carry too much for
     
    me to bear, 
     
    I try to talk to you so often but you
     
    could never hear.
     
    I'm fading my love, I'm dying. Can't you
     
    see?
     
    I've waited for you, but i realize there's 
     
    nothing here for me.
     
    Oh how it hurts to leave this all behind,
     
    Please don't try to talk me out of it, I've 
     
    already made up my mind.
     
    I've longed for the day you'd give me 
     
    some time,
     
    I've hoped for a second you'd see and
     
    no longer be blind
     
    How i wished for a moment you'd share  
     
    your life with me,
     
    But you remained bound, you refused 
     
    to be free.
     
    My love, I'm leaving you this day, no
     
    longer in my heart,
     
    Oh how you will be missed, it hurts but
     
    I must part.

    I really like this poem because it is how love goes so often. I think it is had to stay in a relationship that one feels unloved.
