    hate

    i hate everything you have turned into
    i hate the way you hit me
    i hate the way you call me names
    i hate the way you despise me

    but what i hate the most
    is how the only ones who can hurt me
    are the ones i am closest too
    and i hate that you were one of them

    i hate how you make me cry
    i hate it when i feel unworthy
    but what i hate more than anything at all
    is when you used to make me smile and say you'd never hurt me

    i hate it when you hate me
    i hate everything we are now
    i hate that i hate
    because hateing is the root of all evil

    Hate freely, it certainly sounds like you have a right to. Parents are nothing except the people who just happened to create you out of their own search for satisfaction. You are the person you are, and from where you came means nothing. It is you who decides who you are, and when someone you trusted betrays you, I think there is every right to hate.
