    Poem Commentary

    this is dedicated to my parents!

    let go

     i try to get back what we used to have
    how we used to be
    we were tight unlike most parents and daughters
    but then you changed

    you hit me
    you lied to me
    you called me names
    you hurt me

    i wanted to get everything back
    everything i lost
    i just couldnt let go
    of the past we used to have

    i guess its time to let go
    of everything i've hoped of
    and accept the fact
    that you will never change

    poet this very deep and full of emotion. very good i would be a good idea to let go of ur parents cause as much as you try they wont change. good write
