    For the Beaten Child

    For the beaten child

    Who cries in pain

    Who’s tears run

    Silent, like the rain

    For the child who used

    To satisfy lust

    Who never learns to love or trust

    For the child’s who’s home

    Is just a shell

    Where life becomes a living hell

    For the child who smiles

    But cannot feel

    Because of scars

    To deep to heal

    For every child

    Who yearns for love

    I hope and pray

    To god above

    To hear your cries

    And heal your pain

    While the doer

    Roams guilt free

    The victim suffers

    For eternity

    Even though

    None was their fault

    they  can’t help from having thoughts

    The thing that’s intimidating

    Beyond belief

    Is that this child

    Can’t feel relief

    The same happened

    Time and time again

    The first on was

    Just how it began

    The thing that

     is the worst

    Is they don’t care

    About the child they hurt

    Now their heart

    Is broken in two

    Congratulations

    All the blame goes to you!
    (the hurter not god)

    to take something so negativve and have the composure to write it so well is to be praised.....you through, your poems have it together as for ...whoever has hurt you, there should definately be something done..there are those who care and will help......a perfect example....ME QUALIN..... VERY GOOD WRITE

    I think youve covered it in all its ugly horror, Death is not enough for these animals! I can still feel the hate i have.

    wow yhis is really sad and emotion it made me want to cry, one day things will change and you will see that sadness and sorrow is not all life has to offer. excellent poem 10 from me
