Blood runs thick'
And old as time
But These are not the ties that bind
Through thick and thin
The good and bad
My family stands by my side
Bonds formed from tempered steel
Will not break upon the wheel of time
Blood ties stand not the test of time
Family ties are those that bind
Though not related by blood
We help each other through the flood
Through fire, wind and driving snow
We support each other through life's highs and lows
