    Poem Commentary

Some people cause so much pain to you, but they love you; or atleast say they do. Some tragic things happen and few have happened to myself. No sympathy needed, but I just needed to vent my anger, my hatred, and my pain.

    The Truth In The Lies

How could someone love so much,
    yet do something so horrific?
    How could someone lie beautifully,
yet tell the truth at the same time?
How could they cause such pain?
    Cause rage?
    Cause great loath?
    Yet make you love them?
    You have caused much pain,
    and now I am weak.
I weep for the pain, the rage and the loath.
    No one would have thought
that you could cause this pain.
But now I know the truth,
    behind all of those lies.

You have expressed yourself very well, impervious is what you should be,from here on out you see

Thank you. I feel that way a very small bit.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
