Inspiration: A new poetry book that had pop out hadles for easy carrying, lol, silly I know, but it's true.

    Written in NY

    A Story of Me

    My book now has handles
For all of you to see
My world as I once knew it
    Composed and held within
    I only wish that you
    Will understand my words
For when the pen touches paper
    A whole new world begins
    My words are my memories
    Forever here to touch.
    I hold my hand out
    Waiting for a catch
    Whisper to my soul
    The words you cannot grasp
I'm not the easiest to understand
I push away in times of need.
I only want to be left alone.
    In my world,
    Once was I free
    Of worries and of sin.
    The youngest one of three
I am the flower in the pot
    Among the field of life.
