    Forever Lost

We try to save the fire
    That burns in constant mire,
A hidden rhyme when we find the time
    Heard beneath the whisteling chime
    Of all that ever was,
Free today of all the cause.
Ride the trails in hopes to find
A safer place, of sounder mind.
    The stories have been told,
Yet none are ready for us to fold
    The answers lie within...
    Will you forgive this win?
Meant not to be a long cold road
    Upon which we may abode.
I want to know of what I've lost
But for that, there is a cost.
This is my wish, will you grant me this?
Know that many and you will be a miss
Even though feelings will be tossed,
Is it fair, for I will be forever lost..
