    Poem Commentary

    Inspiration: Christopher McCall.

    Written in NY

    Always True

    I was falling asleep
    While falling in deep
To a love I would share
With you who'd always be there
I never knew as you were here
    My silent cries would dissapear
No longer do I cry of frights
    During long and lonely nights
You are what is in my head
When I lay myelf down in bed
And I dream of something more
Where I am lost along a shore
    And found by only you
I know it must be true
And when I wake to the morning sun
I think of what we could have done
I played our song and listened with ease
    Wishing that time could freeze
So I could spend forever with you
The one who was always true

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
