Candle Sticks

Candle Sticks

why do we live our life's by candle stick?
A continuous light slowly burning Some blazing more than others
The wax melting years to pass
Until the fire dims
fading to it's timely end
why are we racing?
where will the finish line
leave us
To become accomplished
An accomplished wax, many to admire Merely a memory left behind
Others to compete with
Thou some wax may impact future generations
perceiving our glimmer
to last only so long
In the stead of what is truth
To be as the sun everlasting limitless in it's fuel
generated by our father
constant to retrieve
Are we to be deceived?
choosing candle wick as our fate unmeasured
Until our decision is final

(Do you believe in life beyond this spand of time?)
(people tend not to believe, yet eternity exist)
(you choose what awaits you)
("Forever" What will you choose life or death?)

The wick unmeasured means do you decide to rush through life, thinking you do not have eternity.Without the wick their is sno candle. The wick represents your life spand and the wax-what you have to offer in this life. Will you choose to live by candle stick? Candle wick, We never know how long our wick is and why choose to live by that, I choose to live not by candle stick but by eternity.

hmmm? interesting.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
