    " ! A New Year ! "

    Crisp pristine conversation
    Glasses chiming a warm introduction
The bright glimmering as it dives
    As the memorable ball falls
    The year fades bye
Passing memories on to the new day
A new way to spread love
    Life's cheer
To spare us of yesterday's fears
    Our hearts full of hope
Playing as children free and bold
    To conquer the fallen tears
    To rise up and discover
    A New Year!

Great stuff, i love it. 10

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
