"Best Friend's"
Two reindeer frolicked with their dollars
in the frosty scape
Running toward the winds blow
their money gliding across the snow
Chasing them from place to place
stopping here and there for a taste
to delight in winter's milk
But careful to stray away from the yellow filth
Flowing angles danced about their trail
as they played for hours
happily wagging their tails
Having so much fun neither one had bothered
to notice what direction they had run
until their distraction ended
in an unexpected reaction
................................
Boom right into a big white door
Loosened glazing began to pour
Soon came the giant wreath
to complete a big red bow
Embarrassed the one's nose started to glow
They were now bound and headed back without a sound
Smiling as they wondered
Where their cash had rolled
in the frosty scape
Running toward the winds blow
their money gliding across the snow
Chasing them from place to place
stopping here and there for a taste
to delight in winter's milk
But careful to stray away from the yellow filth
Flowing angles danced about their trail
as they played for hours
happily wagging their tails
Having so much fun neither one had bothered
to notice what direction they had run
until their distraction ended
in an unexpected reaction
................................
Boom right into a big white door
Loosened glazing began to pour
Soon came the giant wreath
to complete a big red bow
Embarrassed the one's nose started to glow
They were now bound and headed back without a sound
Smiling as they wondered
Where their cash had rolled
