The sorrow that seeps
Torment running deep
The plains extend lifeless
Defiled they lay empty for miles and miles
Scorched with the flames of anger and betrayal
Accursed their drowning in fear
Beware

They cry
Continuing to deny the truth
Their counterfeit smiles droop
Left with none to comfort but one
Yet him they constantly ignore, bitter to the core
Naive they remain spiritualy poor

Until I can explain
A heavenly erruption intervenes
Many hearts become torn at the seams
Bleeding corruption
With an ultimate distruption death dies
All the while a mighty transfusion births life
A dove carries love on his wings
To crush all those yesterday's and their painful stings
Causing the soul to relax
In a great mass tears pour
Tears of wondrous joy
No longer relying on oneself
Eternal friendship spouts
Now abiding together
Peace is resurrected
Unrivalled you are still you
