    My heart once fell dark,
    becoming barren and cold,
    into a deciple of darkness,
    i did mold,
    but there was one thing,
that made those chains not hold,
    your love...
    your love made me strong,
    your love set me free,
your love found me in the dark,
    and answered my silent plea,
    all i ever wished,
was to be free of the dark,
    to see the light,
    but once more,
    and finally,
    you have broken my chains,
    and opened the door.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
